Halterworth Estates
After poor experiences with larger national agencies managing our family portfolio, we decided we had had enough of national management. Halterworth Estates was then founded to ensure that all the drawbacks from working with these large agencies were mitigated.
(The name Halterworth is after the farm Hugo's mother grew up on in Romsey.)

We cover Dorset and Hampshire but mainly specialise in Southbourne, Christchurch, and Mudeford.
As private landlords ourselves, we understand how important communication is for both landlords and tenants. Landlords need to have peace of mind knowing that their property is cared for and tenants are happy.
With larger agencies, landlords can often find themselves passed between departments and receiving slow responses from people who do not know them or their property. We certainly felt like that. Unlike large national agents, you will be dealing with a small, local team who understand how a property should be managed properly.
